As my title says:
my life is busy yet boring T.T

as usual a full day of lectures on thurs and fri
every night the moment i touch my bed, im in my dreams ....

i've decided.
Since i have extremelyyyyyy serious problems with short-term memory ( i forget about things the moment i turn around)
I'll write down the things i rmb from lectures: [for today]
Since im actually quite productive today ---> which proves that a cup of coffee in the morning does allow my brain to function better than not having it. ( even though this morning i only had time for 1/2 a cup...........having to rush for the bus = =)


1. Corporate finance:

• PCCATax shield should be amount in the calculation of Net present value of any purchased assets as long as it incurs depreciation costs.
• When selling off/ disposing off an asset, a special amount of tax Shield ( the originally remaining amount in the time line)should be included to amount the Net Present Value of the project

• When doing project evaluation: CF (cash flow) is an important factor with several features to remember : 1. only "after-tax" CF should be accounted 2. Incremental/ marginal 3. Intangible considerations ( such as value of goodwill ) should be ignore since it cannot be quantified

2. Economics

• Consumers starting from endownment point on the original budget line will move either towards the left up/ right down of the original budget due to higher indifference curve and their preferences
• AVC is the slope of a 4degree line drawn from the origin that touches the VC curve whereby x-axis is Y(output) and y-axis is dollar value. ( VC/Y at that quantity)

3. Managerial Accounting

my trouble recently is that
i wake up TOO EARLY!!
it's already a fact that i don't sleep as early as i should
BUT THE FACT THAT I AUTOMATICALLY WAKE UP AT 8AM IN THE MORNING JUST IRRITATES ME.
where are those days where i sleep till 2,3pm in the afternoon? T.T
i miss them T.T
this may seems healthy......but too healthy isn't it ><
the only pros of it is that i get to talk to my sister lol



Coffee or teas? i actually prefer none since im more of a milk and juice person but COFFEE definitely save my butt when i have mid-terms and final exams/ last min preparations)
